Yes. Every Hayes Cabin Services unit is delivered nationwide from our Castlefreke yard in West Cork. The truck-mounted cranes in our fleet lift the unit off the truck and position it exactly where you need it on-site, so no separate crane is required. RAMS documentation is provided in advance for every delivery as standard.
Tell us the equipment list and expected run hours and we’ll size the set. As a rule, a site office and welfare run on 20–60 kVA; full-site power or events usually need 100 kVA and up. Over-sizing wastes fuel; under-sizing trips out, so it’s worth a two-minute call.
Most deliveries are scheduled within 48–72 hours of order confirmation, subject to stock and route. For specialist modifications or bespoke builds the lead time is longer. We’ll confirm a firm date in writing before invoice.
Yes. Every unit is delivered, positioned and commissioned by our own drivers. The same fleet that delivers our cabins and containers. You don’t need any lifting equipment on site.
Yes. Our generators run in silenced canopies (typically under 70 dBA at 7m) and the tower lights are LED with low-noise engines. We hire regularly to events and town-centre works with strict noise limits.
Most units in the range are available for sale or hire. Hire works on weekly or monthly rates with delivery and collection included; sale is a one-off purchase. Long-term projects under roughly 18 months usually work out cheaper on hire. We’re happy to price both options side-by-side.
Yes. We run LED units from VT1 and Trime. LED heads reach full brightness instantly, use significantly less fuel than older metal-halide lights, and run longer between refuelling.
Units arrive fuelled and tested. On longer hires we schedule refuelling and servicing so the set keeps running without you managing it. Fuel bowsers and management are available for high-consumption sites.
Yes: Risk Assessment and Method Statement documents are issued in advance of every delivery, covering the lift, the site approach, and our banksman’s role. We can route paperwork through your procurement system if required (PDF, portal upload, or signed hard copy on arrival).
Both. We hire by the weekend for events and by the month or year for construction sites and compounds, and everything we hire is also available to purchase outright.
Our LED tower lights run up to around 100 hours on a single tank depending on settings, typically a week or more of nightly use before refuelling.
Yes. Hayes Cabin Services Ltd is VAT-registered and works to standard account terms for established clients. We invoice against your PO number and supply unit-level reference codes for asset registers. Tier-one clients including Pfizer, HSE, MSD, AbbVie, ESB and Cork County Council are billed on this basis.
Tower lights and generators are almost always hired: short-term need, ongoing servicing, and no asset on your books. We’ll quote purchase for permanent standby power if that’s the better fit.
Yes, and it’s where one-supplier really pays off. We size the generator against the actual cabin spec, deliver cabins, power and lighting on the same schedule, and you have one number to ring for all of it.
