Truck-mounted crane lorries that transport, lift and position your unit in one visit. No separate crane hire, no third-party scheduling, no delay between delivery and ready-to-use.
Owning the delivery is how we keep the promise on the date.
Most suppliers sub-contract transport and crane hire: two diaries to align, two things to go wrong. We run our own truck-mounted crane lorries and our own ticketed operators, so the unit leaves the yard and lands on your site in a single, scheduled visit.
One fleet handles everything we sell and hire, so whatever the job needs, it arrives on the same truck.
Jackleg & antivandal units lifted into position on any site.
6ft to 40ft, craned off the truck and set exactly where you need them.
Multi-module buildings delivered and assembled, module by module.
Toilets, generators, towerlights and barriers, moved with the same fleet.

Yes. Every Hayes Cabin Services unit is delivered nationwide from our Castlefreke yard in West Cork. The truck-mounted cranes in our fleet lift the unit off the truck and position it exactly where you need it on-site, so no separate crane is required. RAMS documentation is provided in advance for every delivery as standard.
No. Our trucks are self-loading. The crane is on the vehicle, and our drivers plan and carry out the lift. You need access for the truck and a clear spot for the unit; we handle the rest.
Most deliveries are scheduled within 48–72 hours of order confirmation, subject to stock and route. For specialist modifications or bespoke builds the lead time is longer. We’ll confirm a firm date in writing before invoice.
Less than you’d think. We check access before the truck leaves the yard (gateways, overhead lines, ground conditions) and for genuinely tight sites our powersteer trailer steers cabins through gaps a standard artic can’t. Send us the Eircode and a couple of photos and we’ll tell you straight away.
Most units in the range are available for sale or hire. Hire works on weekly or monthly rates with delivery and collection included; sale is a one-off purchase. Long-term projects under roughly 18 months usually work out cheaper on hire. We’re happy to price both options side-by-side.
Often, yes. Our Palfinger PK135.002 gives 27 metres of reach without the flyjib, which puts cabins into back yards and compounds without opening up the boundary. Every lift like this is planned in advance against the crane’s duty chart.
Yes: Risk Assessment and Method Statement documents are issued in advance of every delivery, covering the lift, the site approach, and our banksman’s role. We can route paperwork through your procurement system if required (PDF, portal upload, or signed hard copy on arrival).
Yes: relocations, removals and yard-to-site moves are quoted case-by-case, whether or not the unit came from us. The same survey-first approach applies.
Yes. Hayes Cabin Services Ltd is VAT-registered and works to standard account terms for established clients. We invoice against your PO number and supply unit-level reference codes for asset registers. Tier-one clients including Pfizer, HSE, MSD, AbbVie, ESB and Cork County Council are billed on this basis.
A photo of the site and the position is usually all we need to confirm reach and book the delivery.
